1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
   • Refunds or exchanges are not permitted for opened or partially used products unless the product is defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Items:

   • If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days at garden@kynoch.co.za to arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Process:

   • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
   • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Custom or special-order items, and perishable goods.

5. Return Shipping:

   • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
